    My name is Timothy Brunswick and I am asking for your support in the upcoming election for Commissioner of the Florida Fire District. If that name doesn’t sound familiar to you, you may know me as “Fuzzy,” an employee of the Village of Florida and head of the Department of Public Works.

   I am a lifelong resident of the Fire District and am both a former volunteer fireman and a former Commissioner for the District. I think my experience as both gives me a unique perspective on the needs of our firefighters and the financial responsibilities of the District toward our taxpayers.

   If elected, I will do my best to bring balance to the Board of Commissioners and to be a rational and responsible influence. My aim is to be approachable and to bring the interests of the taxpayers to the forefront, while supplying our volunteers with the necessities to keep our community safe.

  Please vote for me on Tues., Dec. 12 between the hours of 4 and 9 p.m. at the Florida Fire House, located at 19 S. Main St. Thank you for your consideration.
