Are you ready to get healthier and get in shape? Well, Greenwood Lake is the place to be!
Greenwood Lake residents Kerri Piccirillo and Sue Wilbur are exercise professionals who are full of energy, each with their own specialty.
Kerri a wife, mom, active community member, and secretary for the G.L. Elementary School has a true passion for exercise. Since she was a teen, exercise and fitness have always been a priority for her and her goal was to pursue it further. Kerri is a fitness instructor certified by the Athletics and Fitness Association of America. Kerri, of KP Fitness, teaches classes several days a week to all levels of experience. Classes include step and sculpt, and there are circuit classes with handheld weights, bands, and fitness balls. Each class has a modification level, so anyone can join this fun workout and enjoy all its benefits in under an hour. Each class is fun, easy to stick with, has a different format, and offers incentives to be earned!
“Exercise helps you maintain a healthy mind, body and spirit,” said Kerry. “Taking care of yourself and making time to get healthy and focus on yourself is key.”
