The “Holiday Lights in Bloom” program will kick off for the season on Fri., Nov. 25 at the Orange County Arboretum in Thomas Bull Memorial Park, located on Rte. 416 in Montgomery. The Arboretum will be in “full bloom” with beautiful, garden-themed light displays in the forms of flowers, animals and insects, paths of lit trees, and gardens filled with an assortment of flowers. The 9/11 Memorial Garden will be adorned with patriotic decorations and other features in this year’s display will include a pond created in lights and a “Fairy Garden”.
The program is free and will be open to the public on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays from 5 to 8 p.m. starting on Fri., Nov. 25 through Sat., Dec. 24 and then daily from Tues., Dec. 26 through Sat., Dec. 31, also from 5 to 8 p.m. For more information call Tamara Moson at 615-3828 or visit www.orangecountynyparks.com.
