This Thurs., Sept. 13, there is a primary election being held for several State Offices. In addition to having this election fall on a non-typical day of the week, there is another non-typical component – unaffiliated voters are permitted to vote in this year’s primary election.
Democrats will be eligible to vote in the primary for the following office: Governor, Lt. Governor, Attorney General and State Senator. Unaffiliated voters (those who are not registered in a political party) will be permitted to vote in the Reform Party primary for State Attorney General and State Senator.
Voting will take place on Thurs., Sept. 13 from 6 a.m. to 9 p.m. at the Greenwood Lake American Legion, located at 40 Mountain Lakes Ln. Exercise your right to vote!
