Crew Club Salutes Their Graduating H.S. Seniors

Warwick High School Crew Club salutes their graduating seniors. Captain and coxswain Maya Bialas has been in the club for three years and will be heading to Syracuse University where she will be focusing on Fashion Design and Pre-law. She will be coxing for a D1 team next year. Captain and coxswain Brain Marsh has been a part of Warwick Crew for four years. This fall he will be attending SUNY Polytechnic Institute to study Mechanical Engineering. In addition to being an exceptional coxswain, Brain is a huge fan of 3D Modeling for games and film.

  Captain Casey Duma will be attending Mercyhurst University where she will study sports business management. Casey has rowed for our team for four years and has been the captain for the last two. Mercyhurst (D2) will love having her on their team. She aspires to manage a pro hockey or football team one day. Rower Natalie Vanasse will be attending SUNY Geneseo where she will study Early Childhood and Special Education. Natalie has been a part of the team for three years as both coxswain and rower. 

  The team has been thrice blessed by the Ibbestson Family, all three girls’ row for Warwick Crew and will be headed in separate directions for their college years. Miranda Ibbetson, the youngest of the three sisters, will be attending SUNY Delhi where she will be studying Nursing. She has been on the crew team for three years. Deanna, is headed to Rockland Community College. She is already a talented artist and will be taking her first steps towards a career in Art Education this fall. She has rowed for our team for three years.  Emma will be studying Nursing at Iona College this fall. She has rowed for two years and has volunteered for Winslow Therapeutic Center for the last 10.
