A motion was passed to allow the Albert Wisner Public Library, at their request, to build a municipal parking lot on Village property at the Warwick Village Board meeting on Mon., Aug. 15.
The parking lot will also be connected to Veterans Memorial Park in the Village. The Village will gain parking space that may be used by every constituent and the Library will gain more parking space as well. Construction is scheduled to begin in the spring of 2017, pending the filing of the deed and transfer documents as well as the resolution of title insurance issues.
