Charles Papaceno, R.I.P. For me Charlie epitomized everything that makes Warwick what it is. A hard working man who served his Nation, Charlie started his career at the bottom of a local business and through his hard work and diligence worked his way up the ladder. While he worked long hours he still managed to serve his Town as a volunteer firefighter, VFW member and youth sports pioneer. Above all he loved his family and was as proud of his children as any parent could ever be. Perhaps it was a simpler time then, but Charlie was exactly the role model a young boy like me was inspired by. This quiet, simple man was as rich and successful as anyone who has only achieved material gains. He has left his mark on our town, and we live in a better place because of it.
