The Town Board has enacted the local law entitled “Short Term Rentals.” The law takes effect Oct. 15; however, we will add a thirty day grace period until Nov. 15. Forms necessary to register a short-term rental are available on the Town’s website, www.townofwarwick.org, under the “Important Notices” on the right hand side. Please register today to allow the Building Department adequate time to schedule an inspection.
