The next concert at Pacem in Terris, located at 96 Covered Bridge Rd. in Warwick, will be on Sun., Jul. 23 at 5 p.m. Violinist Krista Bennion Feeney, Gregory Hayes on harpsichord, and John Feeney on bass will feature a musical program that includes Pietro Nardini’s E minor concerto, an Antonio Vivaldi sonata, and more.
Violinist Krista Bennion Feeney, is concertmaster of Orchestra of St. Luke’s and has been a member of St. Luke’s Chamber Ensemble since 1983. She is currently involved in rediscovering and reviving a musical sound world from the past, as the founding first violinist of the Serenade Orchestra and Quartet, specializing in music of the late 18th and 19th centuries with historic instrumental configurations.
Harpsichordist Gregory Hayes performs on various keyboards with the Albany, Vermont, and Springfield (MA) Symphony Orchestras, and with the regional period-instrument ensemble Arcadia Players. John Feeney is principal bass of the Orchestra of St. Luke’s and a member of the St. Luke’s Chamber Ensemble.
