The Warwick Valley Knights of Columbus Council 4952 will sponsor three holiday programs for members of the community. The annual CHRISTmas-for-Kids Toy Drive Campaign collects new, unwrapped toys which will be distributed locally to help bring a smile to a child’s face on Christmas Day.
Drop-off locations include: Warwick – Akins Pharmacy, Café a la Mode, Edward Jones Investments, Etched in Time, Jockey Hollow Veterinarian, Leo Kaytes Ford, Winslow Riding Academy, Liberty Greens buildings #1, #2, and #3, Warwick ShopRite, St. Stephen’s church and school, Warwick Sterling Bank, and Warwick Dry Cleaners; Florida – Central Deli, Florida Fire House, Florida Historical Society, Florida Library, Florida Pharmacy, Florida Post Office, Headlines, St. Joseph’s Church, Florida Sterling Bank and Florida Walden Bank; and Goshen – Quaker Creek and Valley View Nursing Home.

The Knights will sponsor a Thanksgiving dinner with continuous seating on Thurs., Nov. 24 from 12 to 3 p.m. at the Knights of Columbus Hall, located at 75 N. Main St. in Florida. There is no cost but donations will be accepted. A reservation is not required. The dinner will include turkey, ham, all the trimmings, coffee, tea, soft drinks and Thanksgiving cake. Breakfast with Santa
The Knights will sponsor CHRIST-mas-for-Kids, a breakfast with Santa, on Sat., Dec. 10 from 9 to 11 a.m. at the St. Stephen St. Edwards school gym, located at 75 Sanfordville Rd. in Warwick. Breakfast will include waffles, sausage, potatoes, juice, coffee and tea. Each child will receive a new toy and have a chance to see Santa.
