Editor,
I would like to thank the nearly four hundred people who wrote my name in for Village Trustee on Tues., Sept. 15.
Although it was not enough votes to secure the seat, to know that I have so much support and respect in our community, I feel that I am indeed a winner.
Thank you to the Village Clerk, the Poll Inspectors and the DPW for the long hours they put in to a very busy day.
Congratulation to re-elected Trustee Barry Cheney and newly elected Trustee Corey Bachman. My congratulations also go to Stephen Kitar and Alfonso Gonnella for running a strong campaign despite so much negative backlash.
