For the Birds!

News & Updates

The Albert Wisner Public Library will host two programs about birds by the Audubon Society.

On Thurs., Oct. 15 at 6 p.m., Saw Mill River Audubon Executive Director Anne Swaim will present a multimedia program using some of the best raptor images from local photographers, video clips and more.  Find out when and where raptors may be seen, and how they are doing in the mixed rural and suburban landscapes of the lower Hudson Valley.

Join Pam Golden on Tues., Nov. 10 at 6 p.m. to learn how to identify woodpecker species common to the Hudson Valley by sight and sound.

Register for both programs online at www.albertwisnerlibrary.org or call the Help Desk at 986-1047, ext. 3; a Zoom link will be sent to attend the events.
