It is also alleged that beginning in January 2023 through January 2025 he would repeatedly have sexual intercourse with the minor, at times in AirBnB rentals he paid for in the Town of Warwick.
District Attorney Hoovler thanked the Town of Warwick Police Department for their investigation which led to the arrest of the defendant.

“Children and minors must be protected from predators who use video games and social media to groom their unsuspecting victims,” said District Attorney David M. Hoovler. “I urge all parents to talk to their children about the dangers of sharing information with those that they meet online. I am grateful for the resources that the Town of Warwick Police Department has, and is, continuing to put into this case. The safest way to protect the community from those who sexually abuse children is through lengthy incarceration.”
The case is being prosecuted by Senior Assistant District Attorney Nicholas Mangold.
This criminal charge is merely an allegation that a defendant has committed a violation of the criminal law, and it is not evidence of guilt. All defendants are presumed innocent and entitled to a fair trial, during which it will be the State of New York’s burden to prove guilt beyond a reasonable doubt.
