The Greenwood Lake Public Library, located at 79 Waterstone Rd. in Greenwood Lake, will offer a defensive driving class on Sat., Apr. 6 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Participants must be 18 years or older and possess a valid driver’s license.
This course can reduce the liability and collision portion of a policy by 10 percent for each principal driver who takes the course. It is required that participants be punctual as they will not be permitted entry, per DMV regulations. A light breakfast will be provided and time will be allotted for participants to break for lunch.
There is a non-refundable $30 fee for residents of the Greenwood Lake School District and the cost is $40 for non-residents.
