It was a magical time for the children of employees at St. Anthony Community Hospital (SACH). Approximately 30 families gathered in the hospital cafeteria on Sat., Dec. 7 to enjoy a delicious breakfast and celebrate the holiday season with a surprise visit by Santa. After breakfast, Santa made the rounds, stopping at each table to chat with the children, hand out small gifts, listen to their requests, and pose for photographs.
This was the first of what will become an annual event for the benefit of the hospital employees and their families. Breakfast with Santa was organized by St. Anthony Community Hospital volunteer manager Patrick Brady and patient advocate Elizabeth Hopkins.
