The Greenwood Lake Theater will present a production of Tennessee William’s Pulitzer-prize winning play, A Streetcar Named Desire, at the new Teen Center, located at 51 Waterstone Rd. in Greenwood Lake.
Performances are scheduled for Fri., Apr. 26 and Sat., Apr. 27 at 7 p.m. and Sun., Apr. 28 at 2 p.m. The play will run for two hours and 30 minutes with two short intermissions. Due to mature themes, the production is recommended for ages 14 and up.
Mary Virginia, the co-artistic director of the Greenwood Lake Theater, will play the featured role of Blanche DuBois. Katherine Weatherford, the co-artistic director, will fill the role of Stella Kowalski and Brady Walsh will play Stanley Kowalski.
