There will be a Public Hearing on Wed.., Mar. 13 regarding the 2% Tax Cap at 7:30 p.m. at Village Hall. Following the Public Hearing will be the regular Village Board Meeting.
JCO, the company that has been managing our Water Plant, will be in attendance to explain the violation notices that we have been experiencing. I hope that after this meeting everyone will leave with a better understanding of our current situation. We hope that there will be a good turnout.
Election Day is Tues., Mar. 19. The elections will take place at the Senior Center, located on Cohen Circle. The hours for voting will be from 12 noon to 9 p.m. I urge every registered voter to come out and vote. This year there are three positions that are up for election – two Trustees and the Village Justice.
We should think of Election Day in the Village as a day to come out to vote and to see and speak to our friends and neighbors that we have not seen over the Winter.
