Two U.S. Navy Blue Angels made an advance visit to New York Stewart International Airport in Newburgh NY recently to plan for the team’s performance at the 2019 New York Air Show, which is scheduled for Aug. 24 to Aug. 25.
Lieutenant Cary Rickoff and Lieutenant Commander Adam Kerrick arrived at the airport’s second aviation ramp shortly after noon in a Blue Angels F/A-18. Rickoff and Kerrick met with officials from Orange County, the New York Air Show, the airport, and other support agencies to discuss logistics for this summer’s event. The Blue Angels also headlined the 2017 New York Air Show at Stewart International Airport.
