Fred Krol of Log Chips and Timber-Solutions (a division of Log Chips), has served the Warwick and surrounding area as a custom log home, timber frame home, and Timberhaven Log & Timber Homes independent dealer for nearly 30 years. Fred built a solid reputation on integrity, dependability, craftsmanship and commitment to service. He and his team worked diligently and expertly to guide clients through each step of the process from initial inception to Certificate of Occupancy.
Moreover, Fred has received dozens of sales achievement awards throughout his extensive career. Most recently, he was named Timberhaven’s Representative of the Year for 2017 and 2018. He also earned Timberhaven’s Innovative Marketing Award in 2019 when he launched a new division, Timber-Solutions, along with a website to support these efforts.
Since inception, Fred and his team have helped hundreds of families design and build their dream homes. In 2020, Fred is bringing his own dream to fruition as he moves into a new chapter in his life: retirement. Throughout the year, Fred will assume a new capacity as “consultant” within his organization, and the proverbial reigns will be held by the new business owner, Mike Callaghan.
New Owner
A New Jersey native, Mike has spent his professional career on Wall Street. Personally, though, he was longing for a new venture. As such, Mike is now working full-time with Fred at his office in Warwick and looks forward to assuming full ownership (including moving into Log Chips’ live-in model log home in Warwick) in 2020.
