The structure used to be a changing pod for the beach which is also run down. The beach was used by the families of the people who worked at the old State School For Boys and later became a Firing Range when the school was converted to an adult prison. In that adult prison were some prisoners incarcerated for drug offenses. Now we have a marijuana plant on one end and a tribute to a heroin addict on the other end. Define Irony.
