The Orange County Arts Council’s Annual Members Exhibition and Sale returns virtually from Mon., Mar. 8 through Fri., Mar. 26, providing local artists a venue to showcase their talent while offering their works for sale to the public. The timely theme of this exhibit is “Reflection.” Submissions for artwork is currently being will accepted until Sat., Feb. 27.
Artists will be notified during the first week of March if their pieces have been accepted for the exhibition and sale. Submissions may include a wide array of art including, but not limited to paintings, printmaking, photography, sculptural works, and drawing. There is no entry fee for members to submit to this art show and sale. OCAC will charge 30 percent commission, with a 70 percent commission to artists.
Online sales will go live on Mon., Mar. 8, on OCAC’s website and closes Fri., Mar. 26 at midnight. Buyers will purchase directly from the site. Patron pickup dates and times will be Sat., Apr. 3 and Sun., Apr. 4, from 2 to 5 p.m., at CoLab, located at 45 St John St. in Goshen, NY.
