Supervisor Sweeton: VA Providing Vaccines for Vets

For Town information log on to www.townofwarwick.org  or tune to Cablevision Municipal Channel 21.

  The Veterans Administration (VA) is now providing vaccines to Vets, 65 and older.  Please register at VA.gov.  If you have any issues or need assistance you can also call the Orange County Veterans’ Services office at (845) 291-2470.  

  Our Orange County government has set up a link:  https://vaccination.orangecountygov.com/ to help those 65 and older get registered and in line for a vaccine.  It will allow you to get updates on the distribution process. If you are a senior you can also call the Orange County Office for the Aging at (845) 615-3700, leave your information and someone will call you back. 

  A Draft Plan, developed under Governor Cuomo’s Executive Order 203 for Police Reform can be viewed at www.townofwarwick.org.  Comments can be made via email to townhall@townofwarwick.org, by mail to 132 Kings Hwy., Warwick, N.Y. 10990 or live on Tues, Mar. 9 at 7 p.m., via a zoom public meeting at the following link: Join Zoom Meeting

  Starting with the Feb. 25 Town Board meeting, all Town Board meetings will begin streaming live on the Town of Warwick YouTube channel. Meetings will continue to be able to be viewed on the Town’s Municipal Channel 21 on the Cablevision system.

  A continuation of the joint public hearing with the Village of Warwick to consider the annexation of a 0.6-acre parcel to the proposed Valley View Subdivision will be held at 7 p.m. on Thurs., Feb. 25 in the Warwick Town Hall, located at 132 Kings Hwy. in Warwick. 

  The next regular meeting of the Town Board will be held on Thurs., Feb. 25 at 7:30 p.m. in the Warwick Town Hall.
