Mayor Dwyer: Beach Pass for Morahan Waterfront Park are now Available Online

Local News News & Updates

Beach passes for the 2021 beach season at Thomas Morahan Waterfront Park are now on sale. Due to Covid-related restrictions, as well as an over-whelming demand by residents, we are again limiting beach access to residents of the Town of Warwick ONLY (GWL, Florida, Warwick, Pine Island, etc). Non-residents (visiting friends and family) may purchase a day pass only if they are accompanying a resident with a valid pass. Hotels, motels, bed & breakfasts as well as other short-term rentals may purchase passes for guests renting at their location. The beach is scheduled to open Sat., May 29. Hours of operation will be 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., seven days a week.

In addition to convenient online purchasing, passes may be purchased at Village Hall, located at 18 Church St., Greenwood Lake, or at the beach at the time of your visit. To purchase a pass online, you may do it securely at the following website:

If you have any questions, issues or feedback, please do not hesitate to email me at Mayor@villageofgreenwoodlake.org.

Our Village Parks Department, assisted by Warwick DPW, have been working very hard to prepare the beach for a great year. On behalf of the Village Board, we hope you enjoy!
