Early Voting to Take Place for General Election

    The General Election will be held on Tues., Nov.  3. Polls are open from 6 a.m. to 9 p.m. Early voting will be held from Sat., Oct. 24 through Sun., Nov. 1 at the Warwick Town Hall, located at 132 Kings Hwy. in Warwick. The dates and times for early voting are as follows: Sat., Oct. 24 from 12 noon to 5 p.m., Sun., Oct. 25 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., Mon., Oct. 26 from 12 noon to 8 p.m., Tues., Oct. 27 from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m., Wed., Oct. 28 from 12 noon to 8 p.m., Thurs., Oct. 29 from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m., Fri., Oct. 30 from 12 noon to 8 p.m., Sat., Oct. 31 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., and Sun., Nov. 1 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Candidates for President 

On the ballot for President of the United States for a four-year term are incumbent Donald J. Trump (REP, CON), Joseph R. Biden (DEM, WOR), Howie Hawkins (GRE), Jo Jorgensen (LBN), and Brock Pierce (IND). 

State Supreme Court Justice

  Voters can select up to four of the following candidates for State Supreme Court Justice in the 9th Judicial District for a 14-year term. They are: E. Loren Williams (DEM), Alexandra D. Murphy (DEM, CON), Robert S. Ondrovic (DEM, CON), Sam D. Walker (DEM, REP, CON), Richard J. Guertin (REP, CON), Mark T. Starkman (REP), and David V. Hasin (REP).

Representative in Congress

Running for Representative of the 18th District in Congress for a two-year term are incumbent Sean Patrick Maloney (DEM, WOR, IND), Chele C. Farley (REP, CON), and Scott A. Smith (LBN, SAM). 

NYS Senate

In the NYS Senate 42nd District, incumbent Jen Metzger (DEM, WOR, SAM) and Mike Martucci (REP, CON, IND) are vying for the seat for a two-year term.  

NYS Assembly 

   For NYS Assembly in the 98th District, incumbent Karl A. Brabenec is running unopposed for a two-year term. 

County Court Judge

In the race for County Court Judge, Paul Trachte (DEM, SAM) and Hyun Chin Kim (REP, CON, WOR, GRE, LBN, IND) are seeking the seat for a 10-year term. 

Family Court Judge

  For Family Court Judge, Maria Patrizio (DEM, WOR, GRE, IND) and Carol S. Klein (REP, CON, LBN, SAM) are vying the open seat which is an 11-year term.
